A graduate in Computer Science from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, he possesses a robust foundation in information technology, particularly in data processing and tech-driven projects. This analytical rigor is further enhanced by advanced degrees in both Law and Business Administration.
Hung’s entry into international business and supply chain management was a natural evolution of his expertise in data analytics for global export operations. By combining his technical background with his personal heritage, he successfully connected with local farmers and processing plants to establish MIBICA, where he serves as Managing Director. MIBICA serves as the strategic operational partner for the network of farmers and processors he has integrated across the country.

A graduate of the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, her early career in the banking and finance sector provided her with a unique vantage point. Working closely with numerous Vietnamese exporters, she gained comprehensive, hands-on experience in import-export workflows, customs declaration procedures, Incoterms, and international payment systems.
Transitioning from finance to the forefront of international operations, Thu joined MIBICA as Operations & Logistics Lead. Her deep understanding of the regulatory and financial complexities of global fulfillment allows her to navigate the logistical challenges of the agricultural sector with precision and strategic foresight.
