This visit marks a significant step in reinforcing our commitment to sourcing excellence and ensuring a stable, high-quality supply for our global partners.
A Hub of Industrial Scale and Innovation
Our team toured the facilities of our strategic partner, currently recognized as the largest private rubber factory in Vietnam. The visit was timed perfectly to assess production readiness ahead of the May harvest.
The atmosphere at the facility was one of intense preparation. Technical teams and factory personnel are currently optimizing all automated systems to ensure peak performance as raw latex begins to arrive from the rich sourcing regions of Thua Thien Hue and Quang Tri provinces.
Cutting-Edge Technology & Tailored Solutions
A highlight of the visit was the inspection of the factory’s newest investment: a fully automated, high-capacity drying line. Guided by Mr. Trung, the factory’s Deputy General Director, we explored the facility’s expanded capabilities, which now go beyond standard processing.
The new system allows for specialized blending, enabling the production of customized rubber lines, such as:
- Natural Rubber + Carbon Black blends
- Natural/Synthetic Rubber hybrids
These advancements allow MIBICA to offer more precise, technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of our industrial clients.
2026 Production Outlook: Meeting Global Demand
With the 2026 season showing immense promise, the factory has set ambitious production targets to meet the growing needs of the supply chain:
- SVR 10: 50,000 metric tons
- SVR 3L: 30,000 metric tons
- RSS 3: 10,000 metric tons
